“It’s a wonderful recording that shows off Lucy’s incredible voice. Lucy Crowe is my favourite soprano. I’ve known her since we were studying at the Royal Academy of Music together, and adored her voice ever since. Not only was I lucky enough to have her sing at our wedding, this recording inspired me to use the Sonata à 5 HWV 288 as the music my wife walked down the aisle to!”
