The English Concert in America

The English Concert in America (TECA) is a non-profit corporation created to strengthen ties between The English Concert and the United States.

By supporting the orchestra’s activities, TECA is committed to fostering further appreciation of early musical performance while making their music, and that of their director Harry Bicket, more accessible to American audiences.

TECA also endeavours to encourage younger generations of early music performers through its Fellowship Programme; offering opportunities not only to be coached by members of The English Concert, but chances to play with them in performance.

To sustain this worthy enterprise, however, TECA relies entirely on the generous support of its friends and donors. If you too would like to take up the cause, make a single donation, or for more information, please contact Mona Cavalcoli (TECA Administrator) or visit the TECA website.
